Terms and conditions of Mister DTF
For perfect collaboration
1. Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded via the Mister DTF online portal (hereinafter referred to as “order”).
Mister DTF reserves the right to amend its GTCs. The version of the GTCs valid at the time of the order shall apply, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order.
2. Offer
The offer is aimed at natural customers domiciled in Switzerland, Germany and Austria or legal customers domiciled in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
The offer is valid as long as it is visible on the online portal and/or stocks last. Prices and product ranges are subject to change at any time.
3. Price
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including value added tax (VAT). The prices in the online portal at the time of the order are authoritative.
4. Ordering
An order is considered an offer to Mister DTF to conclude a contract.
After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt, which documents that the order has been received by Mister DTF.
Mister DTF is free to refuse an order in whole or in part without stating reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded; in particular, products that cannot be delivered will not be forwarded. Products that are temporarily unavailable cannot be reserved.
5. Payment options
Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
Only advance payment is accepted. Purchase on account is not possible!
6. Conclusion of contract
A contract is only concluded when the order is processed by Mister DTF. As soon as the order has been prepared for dispatch, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
7. Delivery
The customer’s delivery address must be in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.
No deliveries are made at weekends or on official national or cantonal holidays.
If the customer is not on site at the time of delivery and has not given any special delivery instructions, the delivery driver will leave a pick-up invitation in the letterbox. The customer must then collect the delivery from the relevant post office.
Any order that is not collected within the specified deadlines cannot be retained or refunded. The customer is solely responsible for orders collected late and any rights in respect of defects are excluded.
Customers are requested to additionally confirm their collection with their signature. Any liability for damages incurred by the customer due to loss, theft, misuse, etc. in connection with the collection process or the collection slip is expressly excluded.
The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not received directly by the customer.
8. Delivery costs
The delivery costs depend on the quantity of products ordered. The delivery costs communicated in the online portal apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item on the order form and on the invoice.
9. Warranty
Mister DTF can provide the warranty either by partial or complete replacement with an equivalent product. Under no circumstances shall Mister DTF be liable for any defects in our (pressed) transfers caused by incorrect handling or errors in further processing by the customer. In particular, we are not liable:
- Choosing the wrong adhesive
- When using pressing temperatures that are too high or too low
- If pressing is too long or too short
- When pressing on unsuitable material
- When pressing on unsuitable surfaces such as zippers or rough seams
Under no circumstances will Mister DTF replace textiles that have been damaged or rendered unusable during the customer’s further processing!
10. Returns
Returns are usually possible in the following cases, but must be agreed in advance with Mister DTF (bestellung@misterdtf.ch):
- The transfers supplied have defects
- You have received incorrect transfers
- The transfers have not yet been pressed
11. Notice of defects
If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must immediately complain to the delivery agent and refuse acceptance, without prejudice to his rights in respect of defects. The customer is obliged to obtain a confirmation of damage from the carrier. All transport damage must also be reported immediately to Mister DTF.
Furthermore, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the ordered products immediately upon receipt. Mister DTF must be notified of any defects or deviations from the order by e-mail bestellung@misterdtf.ch on the day of delivery. Mister DTF reserves the right to demand proof of the defect.
12. Transfer of risk
The risk shall pass to the buyer as soon as the consignment has been handed over to the person carrying out the transportation. If shipment is delayed or becomes impossible through no fault of our own, the risk is transferred to the buyer upon notification of readiness for shipment. Any assumption of transportation costs by Mister DTF agreed in individual cases has no influence on the transfer of risk.
13. Limitation of liability
Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, from breach of contract, from culpa in contrahendo and from tort are excluded both against us and against our vicarious agents, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for consequential damage resulting from the use of the products.
14. Rights to images and graphics
Please make sure in all cases that you own the rights to the motifs and images sent to us for printing and that your license form permits appropriate reproduction. Under no circumstances can Mister DTF be held responsible or liable for the infringement of copyrights or licenses. In principle, you can assume that images copied arbitrarily from the Internet generally involve a copyright infringement. You are on the safe side with your OWN images or graphics or if you purchase them from paid portals with corresponding licenses..
15. Applicable court and place of jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is Thun. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.

17. Data protection
Mister DTF adheres to all basic requirements of today’s data protection measures. Customer data or subjects are never made accessible to third parties! We use cookies in order to offer you an optimal service and to continuously improve it. You have the option of deactivating cookies directly in your browser at any time! We also use Google Tracking Code to analyze the behavior on our website and to improve it based on the data collected. However, no personal data is collected here.
